Gary Fitzpatrick

Gary brings to Lindhill his well known entrepreneurial approach to property development; this is coupled with an in-depth understanding of design, construction and finance established over a 25-year career in property development. Prior to joining Lindhill his previous role was as shareholder and Development Director with Mount Anvil Plc. During Gary's time at Mount Anvil he was responsible for the overall development strategy within the group and was personally responsible with his development team for securing and identifying key projects for the group.

Lee Fitzpatrick

Lee’s background in architecture and design brings an alternative approach to the business. With a number of years in the world of Architecture and the last 4 years in the property development world, these formative years are helping Lee gain an ever increasing knowledge base and understanding of the affordable housing market. Lee is tasked with bringing in opportunities and managing them from inception through to completion.

Clair Davison

Clair has a background in accounting and as such is key in financially appraising opportunities. She has also over the last 5 years expanded her knowledge in the affordable housing market and helps the team on schemes from appraising them to managing the planning process to the legal process.

Andrew Chapman

Andrew has over 15 years experience in the property sector, specialising in Buy-to-let and Commercial Portfolios. His expertise includes land sourcing, negotiating and structuring complex real estate transitions. Despite the current period of market volatility he has continued to source land and property at the request of clients and overseas funds.
